Before your Appointment
New clients are often concerned about visiting an attorney for the first time: What will happen, what should we bring, what will it cost? These are only a few of the questions.
It is my practice to make your first visit and subsequent visits as stress-free as possible. I know these are difficult economic time, so I will work around your schedule as time and other commitments permit.
I have included on this website a Confidential Estate Planning Questionnaire. Feel free to print it out and complete the information to the best of your abilities. Please note there are certain documents or information that will be helpful for you to bring to the first appointment.
There are also a number of helpful articles on this website. Please feel free to print out any articles and bring them with you to our meeting so that we can answer your questions or understand your needs.
Our office is easy to find and wheelchair and walker accessible. I also make visits to your home, hospital or facility. In those cases, I may need time to coordinate such a visit with your facility or other family members.
If you are a business owner, please consider bringing copies of your business entity documents, corporate governance or other information, which will make the visit more efficient.
I am also investigating the process for sending information about new laws, reminders and other information to my clients via e-mail. If you would like to have your name and e-mail address added to this process, please let me know - 209-456-5547.
I look forward to hearing from and working with you.
